The order value used to calculate shipping is the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, duties, or other charges, unless checkout states otherwise.
Processing and Delivery Estimates
- Order processing: normally 3–7 business days
- Estimated transit time after dispatch: normally 14–30 calendar days
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, remote destinations, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Carriers and Tracking
Depending on the destination, orders may be transported by 4PX, YunExpress, WanB Express, UBI, or another suitable logistics provider. A local carrier may complete final delivery.
Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier’s first tracking update to appear.
International Shipping, Taxes, and Duties
We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for them.
Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region are not limited by this policy.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Problems
Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbours, the carrier, and the local delivery facility before contacting us. If a parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, email service@toylumo.com with your order number.
