How can I check my order status?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track your order status through the link provided in that email.
Can I modify my order?
We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Once the order status is marked as “Preparing for Shipment,” “Shipped,” or “Delivered,” we are unable to make any modifications.

Toylumo primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
What currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are processed in USD. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate exchange rate based on your local currency.
Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after placement.

How can I track my package?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
What if I am not home during delivery?
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
In some cases, you may need to collect your package from your local post office.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:

In some cases, return shipping may be covered. If the return is not due to an error on Toylumo.com, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
We will review your return within 30 days after receiving the returned package.
Once approved, refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued within 30 days.
